MEN’S MINISTRIES

MP Men is about building strong foundational Christ-like gentlemen in every family of Mission Point by advocating for Godly influence, camaraderie and unity. We desire to develop faith growth and strengthen relationships holistically among students, young men, and adults.

MEN’S BREAKFAST & DEVOTION
Men’s Breakfast & Devotion is a monthly gathering that occurs on the last Saturday of the month. It provides a way for our men to have a time of fellowship, to have conversations, and to build connections with others while enjoying a delicious breakfast. Following that, the devotion is geared toward sharing words of encouragement, testimonies and short studies. The goal is to feed the spiritual and physical needs of men today.

4:12 BOYS CLUB
The 4:12 Boys Club is for males age 7-15 to gather for activities bi-monthly. Depending on weather, the boys may meet outdoors to play sports and games or indoors for fun activities with a focus outside the digital world. Meetings often include a devotion and light snacks. The goal of this club is to build meaningful friendships with peers and leaders.

ANNUAL EVENTS
SAMUEL SUMMIT
Samuel Summit is an annual conference focusing on boys ages 7-15 years old. It is held simultaneously with Men’s Conference (an Atlantic District UPCI event hosted by Mission Point). This event focuses on providing an avenue for boys to learn and grow in the word of God while having fun and connecting with others. The weekend includes lots of activities, games, food and fellowship. The event concludes with a Samuel Charge celebration that encourages our graduates to continue pursuing a personal relationship and an invitation to return for the ADUPCI Men’s Conference.

FATHER & SON GETAWAY
The Father & Son Getaway is an annual camping trip that takes place one weekend in the late summer. It is a wonderful opportunity for fathers and sons to enjoy a time of solitude together. Pitching tents, making bonfires, going kayaking and fishing, playing games, and sharing devotions, are some of the perks of the trip. We value our families and want our fathers at Mission Point to have this opportunity to connect with their sons in nature.
